Mission Statement

The mission of The Huntridge Teen Clinic is to provide medical and dental care to uninsured and at-risk adolescents age twelve to nineteen years who are ineligible or unable to obtain services available through Clark County agencies.

History

The Huntridge Teen Clinic was established in 1994 initially to provide medical care to at-risk teens. The dental clinic was added in 1998. The Huntridge Teen Clinic is a 501(c) (3) nonprofit corporation, federal tax identification number 88-0329221.

The number of patients seen at The Huntridge Teen Clinic has grown steadily over the years. In the fiscal year ended June 30, 2006, the medical clinic saw 1,896 patients and the dental clinic saw 790 patients.

These are kids from families with meager financial resources, no insurance and few options. The Huntridge Teen Clinic represents, in most cases, their only hope for the basic medical and dental care most people take for granted.

The Clinic does not bill Medicaid or any other insurance. It relies exclusively on grants and donations from individuals, corporations and foundations. Donations can be sent to:

     The Huntridge Teen Clinic
2100 South Maryland Parkway, Suite 1
     Las Vegas, Nevada 89104

Our overhead expense ratio is only 14%. We hope you will make a donation to The Huntridge Teen Clinic, to help us continue the good work we do for the youth of our community.
